Brief Description:  Rear Spar prep part #3

After match drilling the W-707E doubler and tracing the holes for the aileron pushrod, I used a unibit to make a small hole. Make sure you use a 2x4 under it.

Moved onto getting as close as I was comfortable with enlarging the holes to the markings with the nibbler. What a great little tool.

Clecoed the W-707E doubler back onto the rear spar and used my Dremmel to sand the doubler down to match the rear spar. The Dremmel certainly makes quick work of this!

Tomorrow night, I'll finish deburring the pieces and scotchbrite them. Have to dimple the #40 holes first before rivetting on the reinforcement fork
